In our one-on-one sessions I will teach you relaxation techniques and guide you through visualization exercises to help you feel confident during your birth experience.
Learning to work with the wisdom of your body is all you need to have an empowered labor experience. I will teach you about the anatomy and physiology of pregnancy and childbirth, including how your body changes and adapts labor. You will also learn relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, and visualization methods to help you manage pain and stay calm during labor.
I will help you advocate for yourself and establish boundaries through informing about your options whether you’d like to have an at home birth or hospital birth. You will learn how to communicate effectively with your healthcare providers, ask questions, and express your preferences and concerns, including your birth plan.
Whether you're looking to shake off past birth traumas, manage those pregnancy discomforts, or just want to feel super empowered going into labor, I’ve got your back!
